After a thorough measurement, discussion on baseboard repairs, and viewing the flooring samples he brought with him, I decided to hire him. I was not disappointed. He gathered and sent all the info my condo management required immediately. When condo management required a higher level acoustic pad, he provided a solution. When the condo management delayed approval, he kept me informed of his availability and arrived 10 minutes early on the day of the job.
