I had a great experience working with Mike and his team to replace the laminate flooring in my condo. From the initial consultation which helped guide me through my options to the final result, every step of the way Mike was professional and prompt in answering all my questions. On the day of the install they uncovered an unexpected issue while removing the old floor but thankfully, they immediately found a solution for me and ended up finishing the job earlier than expected. They were extremely diligent; worked non stop, cleaned up, removed all the debris and left nothing behind but a beautiful new floor! It was a pleasure working with this company. I had an urgent need to change the laminate floor in my condo unit. I called Mike on Tuesday night 5:45pm. Mike showed up on Wednesday morning, measured my unit, brought a few samples, gave me professional recommendation on the colour choice and gave me an estimate. Ryan and his crew had my floor changed with quality materials efficiently and diligently on Thursday afternoon. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. For floor change in a condo unit, there are usually more requirements from the management. Mike was able to share all the required documents with me and Ryan and his crew took extra care in the condo building and they even vacuumed the hallway before they left. I am super happy with my new floor and would highly recommend their service.
