I had the pleasure of working with Tyrone. I am a very picky customer and I had a few quotes before I got in touch with him. He answered all my questions very patiently (and there were a lot of questions!) We even spoke on the phone once or twice and when all was done, we went ahead scheduling the installion.

First off, his rates were the cheapest in all of the GTA, then he guided me on how to avail the green energy saving discount. He handled everything from the technician scheduling, audit inspection and attic insulation to providing the receipt and warranty certificate, very well.

The technicians arrived on schedule, Tyrone also checked in to make sure that they are here. Tommy and his assistant had excellent knowledge, my existing furnace was pretty old with exhaust going through the chimney, he was aware of all the codes, distance of the intake and outtake pipes from the meter etc., and they did a excellent job with the install. They filled all the gaps, tucked in all the wires and cleaned all the space, inside and even outside, where they had drilled the two holes, wow!

The audolit inspector was late, so Tyrone followed up with him, the techicians already took pictures to help the auditor. The auditor was also very knowledgeable, he explained to me his process in detail and when i should expect my cheque in the mail. He even told me if i chose to replace a few other old appliances, I could be eligible for more discounts.

Lastly, the boys did the attic insulation, again the job was done very tidely, they were in the attic for 1 - 1/2 hour to fill the R value to R-60. We worked off on a price range for this one, as they didnt knew how many bags will be used to fill the R-value. The final price was within range, but on my request, tyrone knicked off few $ of that as well.

Finally, tyrone sent me an invoice for the job, followee by warranty certificate next day. Highly satisfied and will definately recomend my family and friends to use their services. I normally don't give 5 starts, but this is an exception. Keep it up guys!
