After purchasing a new home with no evident property markers or fence in the backyard, we decided to hire a surveyor to understand the true property lines and avoid any issues down the road.

Tania quickly stood out among the several companies we contacted with her quick and personal replies. Right away her attention to detail impressed us.

Tania was very professional. Unlike other surveyors that we talked to, she took the time to explain what we need and what will be done (in writing). The price was very reasonable. The job was performed ahead of schedule. After they prepared the survey, Tania went through it with us and explained what things mean. All in all, we were very satisfied with the experience we had from start to finish!

We bought our 50 years old bungalow that came with no Survey and a couple of difficult neighbors. When we decided to add a privacy fence and do some landscaping, I knew I had to better plan work while meeting all the city codes or else the neighbors with call the city on me. After doing some research on Homestars and calling 4-5 Surveyors, Tania stood out as the most courteous, responsive and willing to do the job.
And she delivered. Her passion, hardwork & dedication speaks for itself. The survey was done within specified time line, with proficiency, micro attention to details. We bought a house without a survey and decided to have one done as there was a question as to whether the property had a private drive. I contacted GEOPLAN Syrveying Ltd. and was in contact with Tania almost immedidate​ly. As I have absolutely no experience with surveys, she helped me decide on the kind of survey I would need and had it finished within the timeline she quoted. Once completed I was unable to go to her office to pick up the survey, so she had delivered it to me as she had found a clerical error in the deed to the property (passed onto us from the 90's). She explained in detail why the error was worth correcting and exactly what it said (as it had to do with an adjacent lot). She also explained in great detail everything the survey had found so I was well prepared for any changes I needed to make. I would fully recommend GEOPLAN Surveying Ltd. If I ever need another one done, they are who I will be calling for sure!

I obtained a topological and legal survey in 2015. Tania was professional and very thorough. I expect she spent far more time on the project than originally anticipated, but adhered to her original quote.
