Took time to walk through the whole job
I've used Consumers Energy Management to replace all the ducts in the house and a short while later put in a new furnace, tankless hot water heater and AC. Unlike other companies I had quote, Edward took a couple hours to walk through the house with me and offer suggestions on what work should be done and where. Other companies were in and out in 10 minutes.
When replacing the HVAC systems, Edward and his team took care to make sure everything installed was done in a neat and tidy way, checking if I was ok with where things would be located. Furthermore, due to uncertainties of closures as a result of COVID-19, he brought in a two teams to install the HVAC systems ensuring it would get done in a single day.
This level of care and attention built a lot of trust, I would (and have) gladly recommend them again.
