Bathroom reno took way too long!
Had our bathroom renovated with this company and our experience was not that good.
Why did we choose this company? Well, I thought it would be great to have the same person acting as both supplier and installer - this would give us almost wholesale prices for supplies, timely delivery of all materials and experienced crew (as they promised).
We paid 50% deposit and project started 3 months later (as per our agreement).
PROS: Alan, the owner, was very attentive, calm and personally he worked very fast and efficiently. His job quality was great!
CONS: "experienced crew" was in fact a lousy young man who wrecked a lot of drywall by mistake, installed drywall wrongly, installed our cabinets totally wrong, scratched our appliances. We presented complains after complains to Alan, but he would just brushed it off. Finally, we firmly asked Alan not to send this guy to us anymore and send somebody with better skills. The other crew was not that great either. They were doing out tiles and they had to redo it 4 (four!!!) times as each time there was a major problem with installation. Moreover, they cut tiles in the front yard and totally messed it with spillage from cutting machine. They never bothered to clean it.
We complained to Alan about these issues, but nothing was done. Moreover, instead of promised 2 weeks, the project took over 2 months. C'mon - 2 months for a bathroom is way too long!
Also, the plumber was quite lousy, bathroom faucet he installed fell off on second day, so Alan himself had to come over to fix it.
Conclusion: I think we saved some money, but we did not receive the quality we expected, it took way too long to complete such a minor project and we had too many headaches.
