During our initial meeting Vlad extended us a generous amount of time, answering our myriad of questions in great detail, helping us to comfortably understand the process of window/door replacement. He provided us with a firm price at the meeting & Anthony arrived a very short time later that day, to quickly & expertly measure us up. They replaced 22 windows & 2 exterior entry doors in total. Our home is 30+ years old & was very much in need of their service. Their pricing is extremely competitive (we chose triple pane windows & 3/4 decorative glass for both doors), delivery was as promised & product is exceptional. The crew, headed by Slava, arrived on time, are polite, highly skilled, efficient & incredibly hard working, thus making the process worry free, fast & painless. We chose to re-use all applicable trim to maintain the match to other in our home (not an easy job!) & the fellows carefully removed, & re-installed in expert fashion with no damage whatsoever!
