City trees totally clogged our drains, in a very difficult place to access. One evening phone call, next day visit, and the work started right away. Done in two long days, fast, efficient, friendly workers. All cleaned up and everything checked regularly by the owner. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Various plumbing needs (leaky faucet, drain repair and water softener install). They came within 2 days of calling (completed the work in one day). A year later we called to have some piping fixed so the outdoor water didn't run through the softener, unfortunately, they were not responsive. But their work was amazing the first time they came out.

At first I had contacted Pavlo as emergency service. I had flooded basement due to cloged main drain and sewer backup.
His crew member arrived in timely manner as we arranged over the phone. After cleaning clogged drain and insection with a camera we found a problem. I had decided to hire T
them to install backwater valve as a solution to a problem and future prevention of a sewer flood. After receiving permit from a city I had infomed Pavlo abut it, his crew was at my home in time as we arranged to complete work. During work other problem has been discovered and his crew deal with it accordingly(root in one of a pipes under house). As well his crew members pointed out that I have hydroponics pressure problem under the house.(60 years old). The solution toto a problem was to install subpumpe. I give them green light to go head. Work was compleated next day.
I am very satisfied with their service, and professional approach and quality of work. Highly recomended as a professionl myself.

After buying our condo, we started finding problems with the plumbing. We decided to call Drain 1 after reading so many positive reviews and we can definitely see why. We have called this company for 2 different plumbing issues and have been extremely satisfied both times (fixing a leaking shower behind drywall and tile as well as his/her bathroom sinks that had not been installed properly). The team that had come in charged a fair price and were very courteous and respectful of our home. They also took the initiative to explain the problem and what they had done to solve it. They were also very willing to give some great advice on some of our future projects. I recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!

Pavlo successfully diagnosed a problem that was causing drain blockage. His team then excavated old external drain pipe that was badly connected to the pipe coming out from the house and causing drain blockages. The job was done quickly, professionally, without any mess left behind. Communication with him was a pleasure as well.

** Update - 3 hours after posting my review the owner Pavlov decided to reply not on this site, however write a 1* review out of vengeance on my Google business account attacking myself and my husband. The title above says it all and one can tell the most about a company on how they deal with their customers.

We dealt with this company a few months ago and I needed a breather before even writing a review. Even a 1 star is too high. It had to be the most difficult dealings we have had with a company. From the non existent communication, to leaving the lockbox unlocked on one occasion (vacant property), to completing 2 items not to code, to being lazy in not finishing one portion of the job. Instead of doing the job as requested, they did in their manner, without any communication with us.
Make sure everything is included on your quote, and in detail. Anything verbally discussed, but not included will not be done or will be modified without your approval, and they will hide behind the quote.
They initially took responsibility for their incompetencies, and then the next conversation blamed us, the client. We had hire another company to fix the insufficiencies. Yes, they may give a ‘cheaper’ quote, but the cost to fix the actual work plus the time to micromanage the job makes this company the most expensive out there. I would not trust with any plumbing work.
