I've used the company before and had an excellent experience - this time was no different - from the ease of booking to the completion of the job. Kevin and Rick were able to arrive early which was great, and they worked non stop. Hard working, great personalities, respectful and took care of the fresh paint job while moving the large pieces out of the home. Whomever is lucky enough to have this duo arrive for the job is super lucky. They packed all the items into the bin like professional Tetris players, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

A+ from start to finish. We hired Fedor to demolish concrete stairs and rebuild, enlarge a few windows and do some waterproofing. He was excellent with responding to inquiries, he either answered the phone or called back quickly (unheard of in construction) and kept us notified of scheduling and updates on the project. We had a slight issue with the stair forms giving way - Fedor called us immediately and came to the property to discuss options on how to remedy. The work was done to perfection and we trusted his ability 100%. We hired Igor to perform the plumbing portion of the work - to bring the old basement apartment up to code. It was extensive work which Igor handled with ease. He was also excellent with communication and provided quality workmanship. I would trust him with any plumbing issue. A big thank you to both Fedor and Igor for a great job on this large basement legalization project.

We have nothing but good words to say about Tigran (excellent response time via email) and Anna (who came out to show the railings), and the installation crew The price was excellent and the wait time was short compared to other companies we called. We mentioned a missing middle support on one side to Tigran, who got someone out very quickly to rectify the issue ... no questions asked. Excellent service, quality and work.

I appreciate Yogi's patience in answering all of my questions, and he is great at following up. He came over with roof samples, and did not push any extras. The work was done very professionally and we were pleased with the great experience. Thank you.

** Update - 3 hours after posting my review the owner Pavlov decided to reply not on this site, however write a 1* review out of vengeance on my Google business account attacking myself and my husband. The title above says it all and one can tell the most about a company on how they deal with their customers. Original Review: We dealt with this company a few months ago and I needed a breather before even writing a review. Even a 1 star is too high. It had to be the most difficult dealings we have had with a company. From the non existent communication, to leaving the lockbox unlocked on one occasion (vacant property), to completing 2 items not to code, to being lazy in not finishing one portion of the job. Instead of doing the job as requested, they did in their manner, without any communication with us. Make sure everything is included on your quote, and in detail. Anything verbally discussed, but not included will not be done or will be modified without your approval, and they will hide behind the quote. They initially took responsibility for their incompetencies, and then the next conversation blamed us, the client. We had hire another company to fix the insufficiencies. Yes, they may give a ‘cheaper’ quote, but the cost to fix the actual work plus the time to micromanage the job makes this company the most expensive out there. I would not trust with any plumbing work.

I am not the easiest to work for, but even before being hired, Mohammad was amazing with providing information. We had made the mistake of hiring someone else and mid way through realized our huge error. Thankfully Mohammad took over and completed the drawings and the additional staircase drawings we required. We knew we would need some pretty large cuts to the foundation wall due to the building code requirements, and it was a peace of mind to know a structural engineer was overseeing the recommendations. He was always super responsive if we had any questions or needed modifications to the drawings as requested from the City of Brampton. 2 days ago, we just received our Building Permit ... thank you Mohammad!!

Thank you so much for helping out during the pandemic!! When Kevin and Jeff arrived and I was given a quote of at least a full bin, if not more. I thought they were crazy. But I was told that if it fills less, I would be charged accordingly, so what was there to lose. There looked to be such a small amount of items, how could it fit a full bin??!! They quickly started to remove everything and before I knew it, the condo was bare. (I did notice a lamp, a huge box and one other item that was accidentally left that I had to dispose of, but no biggie). I came downstairs and low and behold, it was almost filled!! But since not completely full, I was charged accordingly - thank you for your honesty. Great workers and super nice also. Would definitely recommend again.

I was impressed with this company from the initial call. I was preparing a vacant unit to sell and needed all the carpets cleaned. I received a call when the technician was on the property to discuss using commercial cleaning methods due to how dirty they were and the extra potential cost. I appreciated the call, being upfront with my options, the discussion of the new price and having the opportunity to choose. Thank you!! When I went to pay the bill, the technician was only half done and boy was he working hard!!! In the end, an amazing job was done. I would definitely recommend this company.
