When they do we take it personally, and every measure is taken to insure our claims department handles things quickly, professionally, and equitably. Your file was reviewed, and we apologize for any damages and inconveniences this has caused you. To cover your losses, we did agree to, and issue a large refund.

Don't rent their boxes or buy the extra insurance
At Burly Boyz Moving and storage, we are proud to offer to our local customers our community box program. Normally when you purchase boxes from another vendor you pay for the boxes period, and your stuck with those boxes. Our program offers you to come down pick up as many 2 cube and 4 cube boxes as needed, pay a deposit, return them in reusable condition and we will refund you the deposit minus any damaged boxes. We use gently used and new boxes. Our customers think our box program is wonderful,receiving a refund for most or all of their boxes they feel is better than receiving nothing at all.
