We hired Justin on a recommendation, to do work on our place. The designs were beautiful, but his project management was non existent. Great designer, horrible project manager. It took forever to finish something. But to his credit, when he did finish the first job, it was beautiful. So beautiful we decided to use him again. Big mistake. He did not finish the work but took the money and stopped responding to emails, phones.
Prior to him going flaky, I made the mistake of recommending Justin to a couple of people and they both had similar results with him, luckily with less of a financial impact. While his design work is beautiful, he is not reliable or trustworthy to deliver. I noticed h. I do not recommend at all.

Really great working with Justin and his team on this project - started design in the fall of 2019 to get an idea of what we could do with our 100' x 120' backyard, we deliberated over the different options until we came to a final vision and execution plan. We started construction this year, and though we were delayed by the pandemic, it was so worth it. Justin and Co. communicated regularly to ensure we were in the loop and managed to finish rfor the last 2 months of summer. great process and so proud of our new backyard. great for family and friends and looks like its out of a magazine. it was our pleasure to write this review!

They came to our house in Oakville that we have lived in for about 25 years to see if it made sense to renovate and update it. Justin convinced us to open up the entire mainfloor which was both terrifying and a total game changer! the end result is beyond our wildest dreams! we have a huge kitchen now where my husband and I cook every day and can entertain ALL our friends and family. Thanks so much and hope we can work together again soon!!!!! :)

Finished our project in the nick of time! 2 months of digging, pouring and planting but so worth it. Justin and his team kept us readily updated and came in 2 weeks earlier than their completion date promised! We spent more than we initially planned, but it was so worth it. we highly recommend blk label.

We were referred to Justin by a friend as we had bad experiences with contractors and desigers in the past. justin took us through his portfolio and offered us some great ideas on our first meeting and we were hooked! He executed a beautiful renovation and we hope to work with him again!

Justin asked if we would write a review for him and we were only too happy to do it! He helped us take the mainfloor of our victorian house and turn it into something more functional. we had a good budget but not enough to gut the whole house! he reorganized our bathroom and made it sleeker and more efficient, we got a bigger kitchen with a large island and even double ovens (which no one else we talked to could fit in). he estimated the full scope of work would take about 2 months to complete, and they came it just a few days later, which was just fine cause his team of contractors worked every day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! WE LOOK FORWARD TO OUR NEXT PROJECT WITH BLK LABEL TEAM!!!!!!!!!!

We were looking for someone to create a new vision for our rooftop terrace, we have been in the construction industry for years and had seen so much but wasn't sure what do do with our own space. Justin came up with some really cool ideas , suggested materials and arrangements to which we built ourselves this summer to his specifications. we really love it and would never have gotten here without him!

it was such a pleasure to work with Blk Label on our project. we were guided to restore our 100 year old Toronto home, updating the look but also respecting the history we loved about it. we also did the landscaping which is very low maintenance and gets lots of compliements! wish we had done it sooner! Thanks justin and blk label!!!

It was such a pleasure working with Justin and his team to give our home life again. He challenged us to think outside the box and brought materials and finishes that we would never have dreamt of. We have done a few renovations over the last 10 years in different homes and this has been byfar the best experience and end product. We did come in a little over budget however we were notified and offered alternatives if we wanted to save money (which we sometimes did take).

We will be redoing our basement next and we hope to hire them again to work with us!

Our front yard landscaping project was to cost $26K but we fired Justin after poor work including damage to both our property & a neighbours property, many promised deadlines but no results, poor & misleading communication. The work started is being re-done by a landscaper who told us much of his firm’s time is spent ‘fixing’ work that landscapers like Justin do.
