Water heater was leaking a lot. It took 2 days to get a new one which was fine. HOWEVER, the technician left the old one to drain, and it took almost two months and numerous phone calls and emails to get them to pick it up. It was blocking a doorway to the laundry room. I was told that they would not pick it up as part of the service which was disturbing. Had I known this initially, I may have gone with another provider.
It is gone now thankfully after support from Ontario Hydro, numerous calls to Simply Green, and a lot of effort. I think this part of the service needs improvement.
