As per other reviews, this company is dubious and locks you into ongoing rentals through Enbridge and provides 0 service. Thankfully companies like this is why Enbridge is ending 3rd party billings.
0 service/maintenance over the life of the heater and they don't answer their phone or emails for service or questions.
