Roofing review in

I called Reid's on Tuesday morning to see if they could remove ice dam from my roof. They showed up in about 2 hrs time and removed ice promptly. Not only did they do their job as stated but may have found the underlying cause of it. Their man Mark was super polite , very knowlegdable and informative on all the deficiencies he found in the attic. He is a great guy to deal with and I hope I can use Reid's to fix my problem. Mark is a definite asset to Reid's , represents the company very well and I was totally happy with the service ,also had talked to Pete at office and answered all my concerns, a company that cares about it's customers
