Absolutely Top Notch!! Rico understood my vision to make an accessible apartment with the smaller footprint but he gave me so much more than a finished place. Rico took his time to explain the renovation from buliding codes, to structures behind walls, and so much I hadn't thought of. I know have a beautiful bright place in the basement with heated floors in suite laundry for both apartments amd I barely hear the neighbour's. I know my renovation is bulid to last for decades to come. Thank you so much Rico!!

Rico is a superstar! He made my dream kitchen come to life within my time and budget constraint.
Best part is he always guides me to the right product irrespective of cost - infact sometimes he steered me clear of expensive products to less costly options because they were better or suit my needs better.
It was a pleasure working with him. His work is impeccable, he is extremely professional and delivers on time!
