We got our unit cleaned by John and his crew. They did an amazing job cleaning the walls, ceiling and baseboards as they looked like new! The customer service is undesirable as when I had a few issues from areas that were completely missed John made excuses and said they were minor oversights and that it would just take a few seconds with a cloth. My problem is that I hired a cleaning company so that I would not have to clean the unit. There were multiple "oversights" that I sent him pictures of it and he just said they were all minor. The things missed were air exchange ports, shelves in closets were untouched, cupboard cabinets still had fingerprints and drip marks, and the wall where the fridge goes was untouched as well. (No fridge or appliances were in the unit yet) The toilet base still had pee left on it. Overall it was not worth the price paid even after I had to argue with him to bring the price down. $1200+tx for a 4 hour cleaning. Do not recommend as if you have a problem he will talk over you, make excuses "oversight", and not even let you get a word in.
