Rubens and his team were exceptional throughout our project. We were working under a tight timeline with a lot of moving parts. He was able to work around our schedule with his crews, despite us canceling and moving the dates around on him a number of times.

His framers were able to complete a very technical job that a couple of other contractors were a little bit intimidated to complete, and their solution was much more elegant than the one proposed by others. The drywallers and tapers both had excellent attention to detail, were punctual, and very efficient.

His final price came in exactly as he quoted, despite some of the aforementioned scheduling juggling and small changes to the scope.

We couldn't be happier with the final outcome.

Rubens team did a great job on drywalling and putting in a drop ceiling in our basement. They were efficient, kept us informed and were very respectful of our house.

Reuben’s completed some interior insulation, drywall and mudding with primer. Was done on time with no fuss. Great clean up and professionalism. Great job!

Ruben executed our vision of turning our den into a functional spare room/office. From the beginning he was friendly, responsive, transparent and clear about what had to be done. I first contacted City Contracting for the insulation part of the job only. After meeting with Rubens and seeing how attentive he was and after he showed me some of the work City had recently completed, we decided to go with Rubens for both insulation and drywall.
