Metal framing, drywall and spray foam insulation
Rubens and his team were exceptional throughout our project. We were working under a tight timeline with a lot of moving parts. He was able to work around our schedule with his crews, despite us canceling and moving the dates around on him a number of times.
His framers were able to complete a very technical job that a couple of other contractors were a little bit intimidated to complete, and their solution was much more elegant than the one proposed by others. The drywallers and tapers both had excellent attention to detail, were punctual, and very efficient.
His final price came in exactly as he quoted, despite some of the aforementioned scheduling juggling and small changes to the scope.
We couldn't be happier with the final outcome.
