We hired Marmo Contracting to re-do our basement and provide 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, workout room, storage room, laundry room. They also re-did our main floor bathroom and removed a non-load bearing wall.

We were very happy with Adam and his team's work. They did great quality work and were a pleasure to deal with.

The entire renovation process took about 5 week from start to finish and Adam made it as stress free as possible! He was always easy to get a hold of in case I had any questions or concerns and he was able to stick to the timeline we had agreed on beforehand. Half way through the renovation I added some additional work that I wanted done and Adam was very understanding and able to accommodate my requests. Throughout the entire process Adam and his crew were very friendly and approachable. I’m very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend Marmo Contracting.

From coming over for a look in order to provide a detailed estimate in the beginning to following through with some touch-ups, Adam was easy to work with and committed to his work. I appreciated the good communication. I was able to get in touch with him via phone call, text, or email. Also a plus is that he was very accommodating to our schedule.

Likewise, his team was great as well. They took care to completely cover our carpeted bedroom floor with an adhesive plastic sheet and some boards to protect it from dust and impact.

Our project was small but complicated. An existing room, within our 155 year old home was to be converted into living space. It was essentially a self supporting room inside an existing structure. The municipality, the historic society, and various engineering firms were involved.
Adam and the Marmo team did wonderful work, with competence and flexibility that was required to make this project a success. It was not easy, with many technical challenges - all met with a fun demeanour and positive attitude.

Marmo Contracting were neat, fast, and respectful of our home and family. They did excellent work and I would whole heartedly recommend Marmo Contracting without reservation.

I'm not sure where to begin... I was originally working with another company... total disaster... Marmo was referred to me. In 2 days they did a co.plete bedroom makeover... new wall coverings ( barn board ) light installaton and patches up the holes from the original flunky. Bedroom is fit for the magazines now. We worked with Adam to renovate our entire main floor. Job was over $100K. We are extremely happy with the work that Adam and his crew did. A few things stuck out for us.
1) Adam was available to us every morning. The constant communication kept us very comfortable.
2) He completed the project, on time, and on budget.

Adam and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation. Through word of mouth I heard of Adam Marmo and his company - Marmo Contracting. It couldn't have worked out better. Adam and his team worked full speed ahead and kept things moving all the way through the process. He answered and alleviated any concerns I had and went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied, each step of the way. He not only completed the work that was agreed to, he went out of his way to do extras that came up as the project progressed. Yes I changed my mind on a couple of things as I saw it unfold, but Adam didn't bat an eye and helped me create the oasis that I envisioned on my budget. Adam and his team did a wonderful job, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a contractor. I appreciated that they took great care in protecting the job site prior to starting their work, and they cleaned up well afterwards. They were timely, professional and trustworthy. The quality of construction and care taken in finishing was excellent.

Completely happy with Marmo Contracting's work on our complicated job of an arbour, pergola, front porch reconstruction and deck renovation. Adam and his crew methodically, carefully, thoughtfully executed the job in a timely way. He communicated continuously during the long project, showed up on time, finished on schedule, returned to follow-up at the end. The final design meshed with existing stonework - a truly creative solution as other contractors told me it couldn't be done. The unique details match the house and aren't cookie-cutter.
