BlackBird Roofing did our roof a few years back. Originally it all looked out. 1 year ago some singles went missing. Tried contacting them over the winter no response. Finally in the spring the responded and came to replace the missing singles. No a year later the same singles are missing and a few in a different t location on the roof. Contacted them dec 3 of 22. No response. Tried again 1 week later. No response. Finally today Jan 5 I had to hire a company to make the repairs to avoid further roof damage. Even if there had been some cost it would have been ok if minimum. Just ignoring the customer is unprofessional

I hired this company in 2017 to replace my roof, gutters and soffets. They did a botched job. We had shingles falling off within 1 year. We had ice damming this year and when we had it inspected it showed extensive water damage behind the shingles due to this company not sealing the windows. There was no venting done in the roof. We now have to replace all the plywood around the whole house. They also left a hole in the plywood on one side of the house. We had one room that was constantly cold and could not understand why. This was why. We have been trying to contact them for weeks and they refuse to answer our calls. Do not waste your money or time with this company. They are unethical. We are exploring our legal options as this is costing us thousands of dollars.

Mike’s company was the only company who actually came to the site to put eyes on the work for pricing.
They had a detailed quote showing everything that was covered. They even made a second trip to drop off samples and we are about 45 mins north of them.
Mikes crew showed up on the date that was arranged on time and ready to go. The guys were friendly and hard workers.
Tarps places on the yard where shingles were dropped, yard was cleaned up and magnetically swept.
