My mother (in her late 70s) went to the store to purchase a microwave. She wasn't sure what model to buy (was overwhelmed by the selection/options). She also wanted my father to see it (however he has been sick and home bound for a couple of years now). She selected one and after it was delivered to the house the next day, my father looked at it (it was never taken out of the box) and he thought it was too complicated for him. Mom attempted to return it but was advised it would cost her the shipping fee and 20% re-stocking fee (on the regular price not the sale price). The sales representative evidently didn't clarify this with her despite the fact that she explained what she wanted to do. Unfortunately she signed on the dotted line so... Based on many other reviews this seems to be their "modus operandi" and like someone else mentioned in earlier reviews, "I should have read the reviews beforehand and avoid this store like the plague".
