Maid Right Of Oakville

We gave the Maid Right team a try about a year ago after trying three previous cleaning services that we weren't happy with. I always found that other cleaning services would rush the job, not clean properly and I would end up having to re-clean the house myself after they left. Well, this is not the case with Maid Right. They always arrive to my home right on time, are friendly and do an absolutely wonderful job of cleaning our home. If I have any special cleaning requests they are always happy to help and will respond to all concerns promptly. The whole team is great and I look forward to seeing my perfectly clean home when they're finished. I'm so happy to have finally found a cleaning service that does such a great job.

I have always attempted to maintain a clean household but with recently welcoming my first baby into the world I fell a little behind on the finer details of cleaning. Maid Right was my saving grace, they were very kind when they came to do the initial quote and pointed out areas that they would focus on based on our needs.
When the team came for the initial cleaning they were on time and very friendly. Not only did they tackle the areas that I had noticed were unclean but also cleaned many areas that I wouldn't even have thought of. For the initial cleaning they removed everything from shelves to ensure they were getting the shelves spotless. My husband and I were both in awe. We really appreciate their services and would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

All of the staff from Maid Right from the office staff, the owner (Jim) and the cleaners were amazing to work with. They were all pleasant and respectful, and did a great job with our mid-renovation clean. We've already booked them to come for post-renovation cleaning (that is if our renovation actually ever gets finished... ).

The Maid Right team did a full clean for us in preparation for the open house that sold our home. They worked hard and efficiently and were a delight to have on the job. Jim visited with the team and did some of the work himself, both for instruction and quality assurance. Every aspect of the job was done well.
We asked them to come back to do a partial clean for the new owners a month or so later, and with a limited time window. That team was as pleasant and efficient as we had come to expect. Finished in a couple of hours!
A special kudo to Sylvia in the office who handled communication and arrangements with great courtesy and concern.

Maid Right was the fourth cleaning service I tried and the best by far. After each of the other services, I found areas that were poorly cleaned or completely missed. Maid Right provided a thorough cleaning and when there was something they couldn't do perfectly (a couple shower tiles), they let me know and ensured me they would bring a different cleaning product the next time and try again. The cleaners were friendly, on time, and had quality cleaning products and appliances. I have booked monthly cleaning services and will provide an update on things go. So far, I am very impressed.

Friendly accommodating service. We utilized their service while recovering from surgery. They were excellent. House was left in great condition. Every surface was touched. Jim and team were easily reached and always courteous. Very professional.
