Len was kind for the most part but his employee Mike was constantly complaining and being quite vulgar. He kept messing things up and blaming everything around him for his faults. That is, when he wasn't filling our house with cigarette smoke every ten minutes.

We are now instituting new policies within the company in regards to employee conduct, these new policies will take effect immediately and all employees will be inserviced regarding these changes.
