They overcharged me for an air conditiiner installation that never worked from day 1. Joel the owner has no knowledge of hvac and his workers are unprofessional and left a mess at my house. No drop sheets were put down to protect my hardwood floors. After having them back at my house several times to fix the issue I gave up on go heating. I had another company come in and in under two hours they had my equipment running the way it should. Stay away from go heating they have no idea what they are doing!

Went downstairs and saw a pile of water in my utility room on the floor so I called the company on my furnace Go Heating LTD . They came out right away and to my surprise I never knew that my humidifier and my air conditioner were hooked up to a drain pump beside my furnace that stopped working they came out right away to fix it within one hour super impressed great job Go Heating LTD

Workers showed up on time for the install and got to work right away. They took their boots off without being asked and kept the work area very clean. Took them about 7 hours to do both units which was very impressive. Overall a good experience, and now I have working ac again.

We didn’t like the taste or smell of chlorine in our water so we began to look for a professional company to help us . We booked a home visit and to our surprise we were able to see before and after results immediately that same day for treating our water with a miniature system that was brung during appointment . When it came to asking for how much the system would cost , we were provided options that best suit our needs . Very happy with everything we proceeded with the order and installation and couldn’t be happier of our decision. Joel and his team were absolutely amazing. They turned every stone to make my AC install a success. It was a difficult job that other companies had turned down and Joel didn't hesitate to take it on. He fixed the last contractors mistakes and didn't give up until I had central air! Very professional crew and I now have them on speed dial for all my HVAC needs. It's a huge challenge finding someone local that can be relied upon for cottage needs and emergencies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Joel and your team. I only wish I had that kind of hands on service at home in the city where we are all just a number.

When our a/c system started leaking water onto our basement floor we had to call our mortgage warranty into play. We were set up with Joel from the Barrie Go heating location. He drove all the way to our home on a Saturday to diagnose our problem and let us know the claims procedure. Joel explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand for someone that has no knowledge of HVAC. He made the claim and got all the parts ordered for the repair. When the install technicians arrived they had everything they needed and completed a professional install. Much better install that the unit they removed. Joel took care of all of the claims and we didn’t need to pay anything. Thank you Joel and the Go Heating team for all the great work.
