Over the summer and fall of 2023, RenovAction built a custom insulated (R60) , heated, finished interior (drywalled and painted) double garage with insulated door, metal roof and stone detailed exterior walls. The garage also serves as a workshop and a charging port for e-vehicles was installed. The electric service was upgraded to 200 for the garage and a Generac was installed, which was a blessing given the 3 power outages we have had since it was installed. Luc also had the driveway completely redone, going several feet below grade and levelling it up to the house and road so that 5 cars can now be parked on the driveway. Two industrial strength shelving units were installed at the back of the garage and I can comfortably park my truck. The workshop will be set up over this summer, in the space not occupied by a second vehicle. Luc matched the siding (which was done by RenovAction in 2017). The build included tree removal, excavating and grading the back yard. Luc's team and sub-contractors created a stunning garage while keeping me up to date on all stages as the work progressed. This was my fourth project with Luc and RenovAction, looking forward to the next one - finishing the basement in 18 months.
