Great company to work with! Quick to call me back, explained the process in detail and answered all my questions.
I had water pouring in with the rain, so the situation was pretty urgent.
They managed to send out a crew immediately to rectify the leak and cleaned the area afterwards in detail and without harming my garden.
It’s been about a couple of weeks and a few rainfalls – nothing in the basement! Would definitely recommend!

After a recent rainfall we noticed that the drywall on the East side of our basement had water stains forming about half way up the wall. We did a quick search for some finished basement waterproofing and found First Waterproofing at the top of the list. We contacted them and explained the urgency of the situation (we have many high end electronics in our basement). They sent technicians over right away who inspected the problem and found a severe leak in our foundation. They came back the next day and by the time they had left, there were no more problems and my basement was saved. They also did a free inspection of the rest of the foundation which came up clean. Thanks for all the help Sergei, you and your team were life savers or basement savers I should say.

We had recently had some work done on our foundation by another company that will go unnamed. They really botched it and then tried to claim that the further problems were not caused by their work. We eventually gave up and contacted a much more reputable company, First Waterproofing. Their team came in and fixed the initial problem properly and also took care of some other problem points that we had noticed. We were installing a bigger window in a bedroom in our basement, and we needed a new window well for it.
First Waterproofing crew was working very hard, they dug up all of my plants, put them on the side, did all the job, cleaned up , and then planted everything back !
After they finish the work our backyard looked exactly the same , besides a new, very neat looking window well. I was very happy with the job . I would highly recommend them !

We are about to finish our basement and as a precaution we decided to waterproof it first.
After getting a few estimates we chose First waterproofing, their prices are reasonable and they use high quality materials. The job itself was done quickly, safe and very clean .

We can't say enough positive about Sergii and his staff when they came to fix our house foundation leak. First waterproofing installed exteroir waterproofing on our house.They were very easy to deal with , from the beginning , when Alex showed up to give us an estimate, until his crew finished the job .
After the job was done they cleaned up our property really nice , I wouldn't even tell it was a construction site just yesterday !

I had water coming in my basement pretty much every winter. It was never a lot , and was only happening at the end of winter/beginning of spring. This year Im going to finish my basement , so I had to take care of my wall. Sergey made a good impression on me - he showed up on time and immediately spotted a problem . It turned out that one of my windows was too close to the ground and water was coming through. The solution was to install a window well. Crew did the job fast and clean, they also installed a vertical drain to prevent any water coming through again. Im very satisfied with the result, wouldnt hesitate to use them again, if needed. It's been about five months since my basement was waterproofed by First waterproofing . They are very hard working and very professional .
The way their workers were dealing with all the issues that were coming out during the process of repairs was impressive.
