Jason was initially responsive to help us close off an external pipe to our backyard, he then relocated it through a very difficult path to the new location outside.

Finishing off the exterior with care and quality with the attention to detail took 4 weeks of requests until it was finally completed. Or so I hoped, screws hang from the exterior in need of a walk anchor to grasp on to. A small detail, but something I need to fix doesnt come off as a job well done.

Jason was good about also adding a water line to the back corner of our property while we are adding a pool we utilized the already dug hole for the swimming pool. The problem is that the line wasnt buried deep enough that our pool contractors had to correct this too.

Overall, the attention to detail was missing. Pestering to complete the project was is still painful. Not a satisfying experience considering the project was paid in full yet never completed.

Jason dug up the building trap in our basement after a blockage by a tree root in this pipe caused flooding in our basement. He removed the P-trap, then refilled and cemented the big hole in our basement, finally taking great care to replace the cork flooring as well. He was very prompt and trustworthy. We'd had a recent very bad experience with another plumbing company, so were grateful that Jason was able to effectively diagnose and fix the problem. I'd gladly recommend Jason.
