Poor quality, poor timelines, poor warranty service, poor communication

Doesn't respond to warranty claims despite a 2 year warranty. Everything looks good when project Finally, and I do stress finally gets completely after months of delays and when workers not showing up when they're supposed to. Then months later everything slowly falls apart and doesn't answer phones or emails anymore to get warranty repairs, chipping paint, loose hardware, sagging shelves etc. Also never delivered me two shelves to finish a cabinet and it was easier to take care of it myself then try to chase him around anymore.
The owner Talks big talk and promises on initial meeting but the work doesn't hold up.
