We moved into our townhouse in a crunch, likes most of it, hated the dark red chiclet glass tiled washroom. It was overbearing. In the spring the plumbing sprung a leak. This triggered a reno. The timelines were extremely crisp. His team was on time, all the time and hit the marks perfectly. He was great at following thru and ensuring best outcome. We love our new washroom in a big way.
