We recently had our main and second floor painted by WOW one day painting. They arrived at our home 15 minutes before the 8:00 am start time, ready to start work. Our house was full of painters (approximately 14) and it was amazing to see how fast they can paint everything. There was a problem however, with our fabric blinds getting marked with paint. We spoke to Kim the owner of the company and he came out to our house to try and remove the paint from our blinds himself. When he couldn't remove the paint he agreed to reimburse us for the cost to replace the blinds. He also took the time to paint the baseboard and sliding door trim that was missed due to a communication problem during the original quote.
While we know jobs don't always go according to plan, we were very pleased that the owner wanted to make sure that we were happy in the end.
