Dishwasher stopped draining and I needed a fast repair. Called several local contractors on a Sunday, no answer. Found Fix Appliance via internet search, called and got an immediate answer. The person was helpful, courteous and set up a next day service call. She explained the costs clearly so that I would know what to expect. The service man, Serg arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, let me know what the cost would be and effected the repairs quickly. He was very courteous, friendly and provided some recommendations for avoiding the issue in the future.
