Serge came to fix the door on my oven when it would no longer open. He promptly diagnosed the issue as a mechanical issue, and not the electrical issue I was worried about. He ordered the new hinge rquired, as well as 2 new knobs which had been broken for quite some time. After the parts arrived he installed them quickly and now the stove and oven are like new .
