My washing machine had been working but would not finish its cycle, so I called Fix Appliances ca and with 24 hours had a repair person arrive. Nikolas was very knowledgeable and was able within 15 minutes diagnose the problem, and offer his recommendations. He was very clear in his explanations and rationale for his recommendations. I definitely will use them again
