My dishwasher broke.
The technician was at my home the next day on time. Before the visit the technician ask me about the make and model of the dishwasher.
He had the part with him.
Was very kind fast and professional. Great job.

Fast service, and I was saved unnecessary costs (he could have easily charged us for a part but instead told us a little bit about maintenance).

Serge was the gentleman who came ro assess and repair the element on my glass top stove. He made an assessment; (actually showed me where my burner had burnt out), ordered the part and then 1 week later returned to replace it. The office was efficient and Serge was excellent!
I highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again if needed and refer to my friends and family!
Funny side note....Serge even didn't mind when my large dog tried to play with him!

Everyone I dealt with were very professional. They had a technician call me to answer my question as to whether my problem was fixable or not (or did I need to buy a new range?). This was refreshing as most repair service companies insist on sending someone to do a diagnostic and charging you which could have cost me $90+ and if it was not repairable, that would have been money down the drain. The technician I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. They diagnosed the problem from a photo I sent, and went out of their way to get the parts needed for a quick service visit to fix the problem. The technician that came was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use this service again.

Fix Appliances came the day after I called. Arrived on time with the right part and had my oven back working in under an hour. The price was very responsible. All I expect is the company I call to be honest, timely, friendly and a fair price. I got that from Fix Appliances so that’s who I will be calling the next time.

Good Technician...worst ever office agent. If you can deal with extremely rude bahavior and can live with the scheduling agent saying, "We didn't ask you to call us. You should have gone and bought a new refrigerator", this company is for you. Something that ticked me off and i had to tell her that she needs serious customer interaction training. Nothing against the engineer (a great technical guy) but you can't deal directly with the engineer without dealing with the Non-technical agents.

The service was very professional quick and reliable. It was a very good experience to use this company.

The technician was here when he was scheduled to be here - not only that, he had all the parts and experience for both jobs (including a new motor for the washing machine). I was so happy I didn't have to wait for parts to be ordered and a second visit. Everything was handled professionally, the technician was courteous and showed me the damage and cause of damage to the motor on the fridge. He took the time to do the job properly and put everything back in it's place... thank you!
