washer and dryer repair

Appliance Repair review in Mississauga

Overall, the technician did a good job. He was very clean, and took care in cleaning the appliances well (e..g, cleaning the washer filter and vacuuming the dryer insides very carefully). He also did a good job of explaining the repairs to me and advising me on maintenance. The only issue preventing a 5/5 is he didn't secure the new door seal on the washer, so he had to come back to do that. To his credit he did come back the same day, but surprised he left with validating it was secure.

Washing machine repair

Washing machine wasn't starting properly; it would start, then stop, start, stop, etc. etc. Service was prompt, parts required arrived quickly, service technician was extremely professional, pleasant and efficient. He took the time to explain the problem and what was required to fix it. Door look and control board needed to be replaced.

Electric dryer repair

They were able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called and they arrived on time. Dimas was very polite and knew his stuff. After a short inspection, Dimas showed me what was wrong and provided a quote for the work. He fixed the dryer to my satisfaction.

Dryer Repair

The dryer element wasn't heating up. Turns out there had been a power surge and 3 fuses had blown. He replaced the fuses and vacuumed out the machine, hoses etc.
