Full renovation project in High Park
I was recommended Water Dynamik by a friend of mine who is also a property developer that used the guys for other renovations in Toronto. We contracted Luis team to work on a house renovation that needed extensive work in High Park back in May 2023.
The team carried out full excavation (and demolition of some areas) to allow us to re-structure the foundation of the house in order to add more rooms to the property as well as a new front drive. The standard of work was impeccable and Luis actually ended up making suggestions to our architects to remodel our original plan which ended up saving us money whilst maximising space and creating a higher return on our money.
Extremely happy with the work done and professionalism of the team. We're currently finalising another property purchase in Rosedale and we're 100% going to use the guys for this renovation project. Thanks again for all your help.
