I was getting no air flow in the upstairs bedrooms and now it works great.
Beyond that they found 2 ducks that were drywalled over by the builder's contractor and opened up those vents.
They were very professional and did a great job.

Disconnected ducts are the real issues in addition to continuous duct leakage, they bring dust and insects when not repaired.
