Duct Sealing/ Equalization of Hot & Cold Rooms
We had issues with both hot and cold air flow throughout house. The front was warm in the winter or cold in the summer while the back was the opposite. The upper floors received low air flow regardless of how much we played with the vents and dampers.
Victor discussed the process over the phone and came by to evaluate the air flow and found the issues within our HVAC system.
He showed us his recordings and explained in detail how the sealing process worked and we proceeded with confidence. On the day, Victor and team arrived promptly and completed the sealing in the agreed time as there were no surprises in the vent system thankfully. Victor followed up a few weeks after and made a few more suggestions to increase the benefits of the sealed ducts.
The air flow in our home has improved (we have the before and after readings of the air flow as proof - provided by Victor) and we feel more comfortable. The internal duct sealing in my opinion saves time and money. Aeroseal Tech (Victor and his team) did an awesome job for us.
