They were here for 20 minutes so that is the first clue of a blow and go fake job. Left a huge mess everywhere, contaminated our house. Dist and fluffs everywhere on out furniture and clothes. Did not clean the ducts at all and the furnace was left with a quarter inch of dust residue on it. Took photos. Beware!

Just to clarify, the approximate time to complete a duct cleaning service for a home is 1 hour, depending on the size of the home it may take longer, 10-15 minutes is dedicated out of that time to prepare and setup the equipment. We have dedicated and hard working technicians who take their work and our company very seriously, I can assure you that the service was completed successfully and within a suitable time. As for the dust in your home, the reason why you have experienced excessive dust residue is due to the fact that there was a large amount of dust and dirt already present in the furnace and a/c unit. Our technicians informed you of the inspection and recommended you to clean those units, in which you declined. The furnace and a/c units are the main units that control the ventilation through out the home, as you can imagine to leave behind a large amount of built up dust and dirt in the furnace and a/c unit will result to a less efficient cleaning as well as excessive dust left over. Many home owners do not realize how dirty their furnace and a/c units are until a inspection is conducted, depending on the severity it is highly recommended that the maintenance of those units are kept up to date to ensure an effective cleaning. I would suggest in the near future to have your furnace and a/c cleaned as well as your ducts to avoid situations like this, where you will have no dust residue left over and a healthier, breathable home.
