It gives me great pleasure to write this recommendation for Concrete One Ltd.
Any time you consider tackling a home improvement project, it requires serious thought. You must make sure your money is well spent.
My wife and I were looking to improve the curbside appeal of our home with something unique. We had a budget. We did our research and there were a lot of opinions available including interlock, asphalt or stamped concrete. We spoke with and consulted several contractors.
We decided on Concrete One Ltd.

I cannot state how disappointed I am with this contractor. Back in early Spring I contacted him with much need concrete repair to the original job, and a reseal. He came and made a commitment to make it right. Throughout the months of June and July I contacted him several times and once again, he committed to make it right.

Today (August 10, 2018) I telephoned the owner, Frank, and he apologized for not following-up, citing personal issues. Well, we all have personal issues however, we live in an age of technology where communication is made simple- if you use it.

To Frank I say this . Most general and private contractors receive a lot of their work from referrals. If you are pleased with the work and pricing, you tell your friends, who tell their friends, and so on. I have heard that a satisfied client will tell 10 friends about a good job but a dissatisfied client will tell 100 people about a bad job.

Be aware and Beware before hiring this contractor.

Why? Frank, the owner of Concrete One Ltd, with over 30 years of experience, took the time and effort to understand our needs and expectations. His cost was fair and he laid out a reliable schedule and time table for the project. His team, led by John were polite, friendly and on time. They all took their work seriously and it showed. The cleanup when the project ended was excellent. They did a fabulous job and there’s no denying the improvement it has made to the curbside appeal our home. The compliments we continually receive assure us we did the right thing. And that’s all thanks to Concrete One Ltd.
After I removed my backyard deck I had Concrete One lay a cement patio that looks like wood planks. Reasonably priced, and simply stunning!
Should any maintenance issues arise, Frank will not hesitate, as he says “to make it right.”
