Shingle Repairs

I live in a 3 storey Victorian Home and it is usually very hard to get roofers to come specially for a repiar job. I had noticed that some shingles had come off the house not surprises since the company that did the job 6 years ago is now bankrupt.

Jordan responded to my request within an hour of my posting. He was at my house a few hours later and repaired my roof. He is very courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Jordan came the same day I called, looked at the site, quoted on two shingle options and prices, and walked me through the entire process and products I could expect him to use.
A couple of days later he and his workmate came and, in one afternoon, replaced the shingles and the beat-up air vent, repaired and reinstalled correctly three glass windows already in the roof, and added a metal sheet to block the hole the squirrels used all winter to trash the contents of our garage. Clean up was spectacular, nothing for me to do.
Jordan was easy to get along with, very approachable for questions, knowledgeable about roofing, concerned with the quality of the jobs his company does, pleasant, reliable and thorough. The price was right with no unexpected increases.

Our roof shingles received heavy wind damage during spring 2018. We frantically searched for a qualified Roofing contractor to repair the damage, but all the contractors we called were extremely busy and difficult to get a hold of (nobody returned our calls).
Jordan from Shingle Repairs drove by our house about 2 days after the damage had occurred -seeing our home was in need of repair he knocked on our door. We agreed on a very fair price during his visit.

Jordan's crew was over the very next day with a temporary tarp to protect our home from any water damage. He was able to compete the project a few days after that.

I've seen Jordan's work online and got a hold of him when it was time to change our shingles. He was enthusiastic from the start and was patient with us as we looked around for more quotes and references. The company provides new vent covers as well (some companies use the old ones) and we were happy with our roof. His work looks great! It's flushed/smooth edges makes us happy customers.
