I recently had high carbon monoxide levels in my home and one of the causes was due to lack of air returns in the basement. I appreciate Dmitri's attention to detail and he exceeded my expectations with creating 2 very professional air returns. I trust and have fully confidence in his experience and knowledge. Eventually my old furnace will need to be replaced, and I would only hire Dmitri to replace the furnace. I have recommended him to my friends and would highly recommend Dmitri to you too.

This is the second time I have used Heatmasters (Dimitri) for work at our house. He has been excellent both times. He is very thorough and helpful. He explains what he is doing and recommends what he thinks is the best solution and most cost effective and explains why this is the best solution. I will use Heatmasters for all future HVAC needs at my house. I have done a complete renovation of my house in past and dealt with many trades and can honestly say Dimitri is one of the best I have ever dealt with on any trades I have had at my house. If you need any HVAC work Heatmasters (Dimitri) is who you want to use.

I phoned the company's hour phone number at about 9:30 pm on December 23rd & Dimitri answered my call right away. (My furnace had quit working so I shut it off & it had subsequently restarted)

I set up a service appointment with Dimitri the following day. He thoroughly checked all of the furnace components - motors, gas valve, mother board etc. but was unable to determine the source of the problem.

Dimitri answered all of my questions in great detail & he will return at no additional cost if I encounter the same problem again.

We checked out reviews on homestars for furnace service. We could not help but notice the fantastic reviews for heatmaster and when I looked up their services on the website I was pleasantly surprised how competitively priced they were. I booked a service date for a furnace tune-up and was completely impressed with the quality of service, professionalism and attention to detail that they gave.

They gave a thorough cleaning job, explained what they were doing and what to look for in the future. This was all done at a very reasonable price, you get the sense that they really strive for customer satisfaction. This is one of the top notch trades in our city!

Wanted to write another review to share my latest fantastic experience with Heatmasters.

Got home from work last night and noticed that my furnace kept starting up and then turning off. It also wouldn't raise the temperature past 19°, despite being set at 21°.

Of course, after my first experience with Heatmasters, Dmitiri is the only person I'll call for any HVAC issue. I called him and he answered immediately. Gave him a synopsis of the problem and he said he'd call me back shortly. When he called back, he'd actually remembered me from the last time he helped me out (over 2 years ago). He immediately sent his colleague over to my place in the far NW.

He called back shortly with some bad news: his coworkers van had broken down and was stranded at the side of the road and he was at a call in the far south. At this point, I'd resigned myself to not shutting off my furnace for the night and having him come out to deal with it tomorrow.

But Dmitiri isn't the kind of guy to leave you in the lurch. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, based on my description of what was happening. He then told me that he was confident that this was something that I could resolve myself with his guidance. He gave me very clear, step by step instructions on how to remove the top panel from my furnace and identify the flame sensor rod that was the issue. I sent him a few picture and he confirmed what I was looking. He then walked me through removing it, cleaning it thoroughly, and replacing it.

Sure enough, he was right, and as soon as I followed his directions, the issue was resolved. I truly appreciate his commitment to his customers and to helping me out even when it wasn't possible for him to make it out to my house (which I totally understood). As usual, he was prompt, pleasant and thorough. I can't think of a lot of companies who would take the time to help out a customer, even when they weren't making money on the service call and that's why I felt compelled to leave him another review on here.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Dmitri and Heatmasters are the only company you should call for all of your HVAC needs. I recommend them to everyone I know and if you call them once, you'll do the same!
