Dmitri is Honest, Reliable, very personable and respectful. My furnace motor burnt out over a holiday weekend and it was hard to get someone in who wasn't trying to exploit the situation. After making about 20 calls, one of the vendors got me in touch with Dmitri.
Dmitri came in the following morning on Good Friday (he would have come the same night but it was -2 overnight and I decided to rough it out). He didn't charge me overtime rates for coming in on a holiday like the other vendors were going to.
He got the job done, got my heat back on. I just paid 100$ for the hardware to store to open during non-business hours. Please note that 100$ is included in the 551$ amount listed above. Very pleasant experience with a competent skilled contractor who knows what he's doing and even educates you in the process. And I have no doubt, he stands behind his work. I highly recommend Dmitri!
