Ten years ago, our complex contracted another roofing company to complete a torch-on and flashing project on our flat decks. The job was so poorly done that the roof deteriorated so much over the years thawe had to redo the entire project in 2017. Robinson Roofing was contracted to redo the decking and replace flashings and sidings on all decks. The work Robinson Roofing completed was excellent. Estimates were detailed and itemized; pictures were included for visuals to make project goals more understandable for Strata Council. Dave Robinson was accessible for discussion on project, worked consistently each day until completion, and project was finished within budget and on time. Project site was organized and not invasive for residents. Council highly recommends Robinson Roofing for roofing needs and projects. Excellent work was done before, during and after the project.
