My snowblower that I have had for 3 years was not working, and I was looking to see which small engines company could fix my snowblower.
I was referred to Thilla Small Engines from a family friend of mine who are based in Scarborough, and I contacted to make an appointment. The owner Raghu came on the scheduled date and time to take a look at the snowblower.
I noticed that Raghu brought his mobile shop in a trailer that is attached to his pickup truck. He then took the snowblower and said that this snowblower ( the SnoTek series) are known to have its carburetor to be clogged with gasoline. During the removal process of the carburetor to get it cleaned, he walked me through the process and even showed me as he was doing his work.
He took extra care to clean out the carburetor, and even filled up fresh gasoline and oil in the snowblower. He even provided a fuel stabilizer with the cost of the work. IN the end, the snowblower started working, and he gave some tips as to how to take care of it during and after the season.
He offered to come once the season is over to inspect it again.
The only thing I would say is that he only accepts cash and not a cheque, but fortunately, the cost was perfectly fine compared to other several quotes I had.
Overall I am proud of the service, as it only took an hour or so for everything to be completed. I definitely recommend Raghu of Thilla Small Engines to others.
