Friday evening my hot water stopped working, I tried everything that I could which was essentially turning it off and then on but it didn't work.
I called Laith Saturday morning and he was there within a couple hours. After spending sometime diagnosing it and discussing with Rinnai, it was determined that the system board was gone bad. Laith went out of his way to find a used a one in his van but it didn't work and suggested that I replace the unit.
Since Laith is a licensed dealer for Rinnai he sourced one on Sunday morning and by later afternoon, I had hot water back on.
