B Higgins Contracting

Met Brent he was very knowledgeable gave a very competitive price after getting 4 estimates agreed on a contract with B Higgins contracting in the spring with the agreed upon date of an October first week start. Deposit of 2500.00 was given, over the summer medical conditions evolved and was found that a surgery would be required , no problem, as it turned out in Sept. condition changed and was found out a much more serious involved surgery was required that would mean i would have to cancel job, it was late Sept. when i contacted Brent and there was no hesitation he offered a full refund of deposit with no hesitation this relieved a lot of stress and reinforces the character that i saw in this person thanks M.
