We originally hired a different plumber who had steered us the wrong way from choosing the wrong kitchen sink, to not needing a new countertop, and even the plumbing in the toilet. He left us without a sink and faucet, an unusable brand new sink, and a box of supplies he made us buy. And to think he was referred by a friend too. Anyway, Peter came to the rescue by way of Google. (Thank you Google ). I read quite a lot of reviews from HomeStars about his work and so I decided to call him. He was very accommodating at 9pm taking my multiple calls to him figuring out what can and can't be done. The next day he was at my door at 9am, exactly as he said he would and started doing all the measurements. He also said it may take a week to get the new countertop. But instead he finished everything within a week's time. He was responsive with every text or call. He was easy to deal with and very reasonable to negotiate with. He even tried to save us a few bucks by recommending other options too. And at the end of it all, without me asking, he even gave us the change from our total cost. He is an upstanding guy! I've already spread his name and number to a bunch of colleagues. And I've got other work planned out for him next month.
