High Level Movers

Kevin and Timur were great. It was a lot more work than we had thought when we booked for the move. Kevin let us know and it was fine. They were careful and conscientious and very patient. I enjoyed having them around to help and I would highly recommend them.

Great team work! Artem and Jackie worked very quickly and delivered everything as planned. The best part is that they were able to book us in with in 24 hrs. We thought we could do it all ourselves, then we run out of time! Great job! We would be happy to recommend them to our friends and family.

Met with a very professional man whom I thought was the owner, due to his knowledge and posture. The move began and my new apartment was a FLOP! I had to make a big decision and with Artem's help through his experience all my belongings were secured in a storage facility. What could have been a disaster was quite the opposite! I thank Ali for all his hard work and kindness.
These two men sure know how to do their job, with EXCELLENCE!

high level movers damaged 5 pieces of furniture and are unwilling to take responsibility. don't use this service. After posting a review they contacted me with an insulting amount to compensate for the damage.

Terrible company, terrible employees, and terrible company owner. They damaged building property while moving and refused to pay for any damages. Definitely not professional and trustworthy. Please DO NOT book this company!!!!!!!!!!

Now I'm out of pocket a total of $1000 where the move should have cost me $400.

I found this company online. I called to schedule the move. Two Russian thugs showed up and barely spoke English it was clear they had little to no experience whatsoever. they painstakingly conducted the move i did most of the work they were rude to my concierge and reeked of cigarette smoke. After they moved the pieces of furniture to their intended location it was clear that a cabinet with glass doors was cracked. upon confronting them they were puzzled and didn't claim any responsibility. I demanded to speak with their Boss who assured me he would cover the damage and that they have a glass manufacturer that is covered by their insurance. I then paid for the move. only to never hear from them again every time I call and say my name they promptly hang up. simply disgusting. abhorrent business practices.

Worst moving experience. They were 4 hours late, so the reserved elevator time had past. They were rude, slow workers and damaged my house many of my walls and floors are damaged with dents. I spoke to the manager on the day it happened. They were to come fix the damage and I email or call weekly for 3 months and no body has every called me back or responded to my email.
