Just a quick note to thank Bob for his prompt & courteous same day service in regards to our electrical issues. He took the time to locate the problem and repaired it immediately. In a service world that seems to be short on customer service, Bob has certainly instilled our confidence that there are still contractors out there that care about the customer, providing great service at a fair rate.
